¡Bienvenidos! Soy Val, la diseñadora, creadora y artífice de este pequeño rincón creativo.

Desde coser y bordar a máquina mis propios artículos de tela hasta imprimir a mano mis listas de tareas pendientes, me encanta involucrarme completamente con mi oficio.

Todo lo que ves aquí nace de una chispa de imaginación, ya sea dibujando en mi escritorio en Bournemouth, creando productos o ideando nuevos conceptos de diseño. La mayoría de mis productos están profundamente inspirados en la costa cercana, donde me encanta pasar tiempo dibujando y fotografiando el mar aquí en Bournemouth.

En este momento, estoy dando un paso emocionante pero a la vez intimidante: ¡incorporar camisetas a mi colección! Para dar vida a estos diseños específicos —al menos en esta primera etapa, mientras preparo mi estudio para la impresión de prendas en casa— me he asociado con un especialista en impresión de confianza del Reino Unido.

Puedes estar seguro de que cada diseño de camiseta es ideado, esbozado y creado íntegramente por mí antes de enviarlo a imprimir. Esta colaboración temporal me permite compartir estos nuevos diseños con ustedes mientras busco el equipo adecuado. ¡Sinceramente, estoy deseando poder imprimir y fabricar absolutamente todo desde mi estudio!

Mi proceso: Cada diseño es concebido y creado íntegramente por mí. Preparo los archivos y los envío a mis socios de impresión, quienes se encargan de producir y enviar los artículos directamente a usted. Me involucro personalmente en el diseño y el control de calidad. Mi objetivo final —y una de mis mayores pasiones— es, con el tiempo, realizar toda la impresión en mi propio taller.

🌊 Mi alma creativa y el mar:
Desde que tengo memoria, el mar me ha fascinado por completo. Es mi santuario. Siempre que me siento a la orilla en Bournemouth, escuchando el ritmo de las olas, me invade una profunda sensación de paz y soledad. El océano me conecta con la tierra, me recuerda la importancia de la gratitud y me invita a bajar el ritmo, a relajarme y a simplemente vivir el presente. Es durante estos momentos de quietud y reflexión cuando mi creatividad florece.

✨La inspiración detrás de la magia:
Mis diseños son mi manera de capturar esa magia costera. Me inspira profundamente la belleza natural del océano y los hermosos jardines floridos que se encuentran junto a la costa, especialmente un jardín local en particular cerca de la orilla que ocupa un lugar especial en mi corazón. Creo cada pieza para embotellar esa serena sensación de la costa, permitiéndote llevar contigo un pedacito de su calma, belleza y magia que te conecta con la tierra en tu vida diaria. Si bien no todos mis productos están directamente relacionados con el mar, es el mar el que me inspira a crear. La paz que encuentro junto al agua es el combustible de toda mi imaginación, lo que me permite aportar belleza a todo lo que hago. A medida que mi tienda crece, mi visión es evolucionar y centrarme aún más en productos inspirados en el mar, mostrando plenamente esa esencia costera en todo lo que ofrezco. El mar me recuerda que las olas se llevan lo viejo, pero siempre traen lo nuevo, recordándome que no debo preocuparme por lo que se pierde, sino aferrarme a la belleza de lo que se recreará. Esto me da una inmensa esperanza, un aspecto que aspiro a recrear, aunque sea en pequeña medida, con mis productos. Ya sea una hermosa imagen del mar o de flores, celebraciones familiares, artículos divertidos y motivadores, o un humor seco y peculiar.


Tengo la inmensa fortuna de crear justo al lado del mar. Mis diseños se inspiran profundamente en la belleza de la costa de Bournemouth y en los impresionantes jardines escondidos junto al mar. Hay un jardín en particular cerca de la orilla que me tiene enamorada: un lugar donde los senderos costeros se encuentran con hermosas flores. Diseño para capturar la serena magia de esos lugares. Mi deseo es traer un pedacito de esa escapada junto al mar a tu vida cotidiana, ya sea a través de un acogedor accesorio bordado o una libreta estampada a mano.

Durante muchos años, guardé estas ideas creativas y solo realicé algunas cosas de vez en cuando, pues sentía que mi vida era demasiado ajetreada. Ahora, retomo esta pasión como una forma de autorregularme, calmar mis pensamientos y expresar verdaderamente quién soy. Me siento más yo misma cuanto más pinto, dibujo y modelo con mis manos. Incluso en el estudio, debido a nuestro mundo moderno, con las computadoras y el ritmo frenético, puede ser un verdadero desafío alejarse del ruido, crear en el momento y simplemente confiar en el proceso creativo. Sin embargo, es precisamente ahí donde me encuentro. Permitirme crear y diseñar es mi manera de recuperar esa paz, y cada pieza que creo es un reflejo de ese compromiso con esta expresión creativa.

From sewing and machine-embroidering my fabric goods to hand-printing my own to-do lists, I love being completely hands-on with my craft.

Everything you see here starts as a spark of imagination—whether I’m sketching at my desk in Bournemouth, making products or brainstorming new design concepts. Most of my products are deeply inspired by the nearby coast, where I love to spend time sketching and photographing the sea here in Bournemouth.

Right now, I am taking an exciting but scary step forward by introducing T-shirts to my collection! To bring these specific designs to life—at least for this first step while I set up my studio for home garment printing—I am partnering with a trusted UK print specialist.

Rest assured, every single T-shirt design is dreamed up, sketched, and created entirely by me before being sent to print. This temporary partnership allows me to share these new wearable designs with you while I source the right equipment. Honestly, I can't wait until I am up printing and making absolutely everything from my studio!

My Process: Every design is dreamed up and created entirely by me. I prepare the files and send them to my print partners, who carefully produce and ship the items directly to you. I am incredibly hands-on with the design and quality checks. My ultimate goal—and a huge passion of mine—is to eventually bring all my printing in-house to my own workshop.

🌊 My Creative Soul & The Sea:
For as long as I can remember, I have been completely fascinated by the sea. It is my sanctuary. Whenever I sit by the shore in Bournemouth, listening to the rhythm of the waves, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of peace and solitude. The ocean grounds me, reminds me to practice gratitude, and whispers to me to slow down, de - stress and simply stay in the moment. It is during these quiet moments of reflection that my creativity truly sparks.

✨The Inspiration Behind the Magic:
My designs are my way of capturing that coastal magic. I am deeply inspired by the raw beauty of the ocean and the pretty, blooming gardens that sit right beside the coast—especially one particular local garden near the shore that holds my heart. I create each piece to bottle up that serene feeling of the seaside, allowing you to carry a little piece of its calm, beauty, and grounding magic with you into your everyday life. While not all of my products are directly related to the sea, it is the sea that inspires me to create. The peace I find by the water is the fuel for my entire imagination, allowing me to bring beauty into everything I make. As my shop grows, my vision is to evolve and focus even more deeply on products inspired by the sea, fully displaying that coastal ethos in everything I offer. The sea reminds me that the waves take away the old, but always bring in the new—reminding me not to worry about what is lost, but to hold onto the beauty of what will be recreated. This brings me immense hope, an aspect I aim to recreate even in a small way with my products; whether it's a beautiful sea or flower image, family celebrations, fun, motivational items, or some dry, quirky humour.


I am incredibly lucky to create right next to the water. My designs are deeply rooted in the beauty of the Bournemouth coast and the stunning, hidden gardens that sit right beside the sea. There is one particular garden near the shore that holds my heart—a place where coastal paths meet beautiful blooms. I design to capture the quiet magic of those places. My hope is to bring a little piece of that seaside escape into your everyday life, whether through a cosy embroidered accessory or a hand-printed notepad.

For many years, I held onto these creative ideas and only made a few things here and there as I felt life was too busy. Now, I am returning to this love as a way of regulating myself, calming my thoughts, and truly expressing who I am. I feel most like myself the more I paint, draw, and model with my hands. Even in the studio, because of our modern world, with computers and a relentless pace, it can be a real challenge to step away from the noise, create in the moment, and simply trust the creative process. Yet, this is exactly where I find myself. Allowing myself to create and design is my way of reclaiming that peace, and every item I make is a reflection of that commitment to this expression of creativity.
