1 out of 5 starsWas hoping to give this to my daughter for graduation. It was suppose to arrive in time however it didnt. After 15 days of it not coming I contacted the charmed belle and they said they would send another but to this day I still havent received the necklace.

We had a notice posted that all orders were delayed due to a heavy workload and were taking a minimum of 2 weeks. We shipped your order within the time frame we had posted. You contacted us and said you had not received it, so we went ahead and shipped you another one the next day, as we told you we would. You gave 24 hours for us to get you another one before leaving a negative review, it was not humanely possible to have a replacement to you in that amount of time. Your package was lost and we replaced it for you, for free, without hesitation. It arrived on the 5th, 3 days later. I contacted you in regards to your review and you never responded to me. I am not sure what more we could have done to appease you.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Each gift collection piece includes lavish gift wrapping in a generously sized (5.5" x3.5") pink gift box that is tied with a luxurious gold satin ribbon (as pictured). A gorgeous presentation that's sure to impress! We also offer custom color gift packaging for those customers looking to further personalize their order. Additional options are available for a small additional cost or free when purchasing 3 or more gift collection items. Gift Wrapped Collection Card Options
If you purchase a gift boxed piece, we can make changes to the enclosed quote card for you, if necessary, simply leave a note for us in the "notes to seller" section stating that you want text either "ADDED" to the wording on the card in the box or to "REPLACE" the wording on the card in the box. Please be specific so we are not confused with a "Gift note " on the outside of the box. We want to make sure your customization is correct.
Shipping and Processing Time
These shipment times are estimates.

-Gift boxed Pendants: 3-5 business days to process and 2-5 business days for shipping*.
-Bridal Bouquet Charms: 10-14 business days to process and 2-5 business days for shipping**.
* US orders only, international shipping time vary.

If you place an order of 3 or more items, especially if you are needing custom color wrapping it may take 2 weeks processing for your items to ship, depending on workload at the time. Please contact me before purchasing if this is an issue so we can discuss your time frame and possible expediting options.
Gift Notes/Receipts
We do not send receipts with the order, therefore if this is going directly to the recipient please leave a note for us that you would like a "GIFT CARD" added and who it is "To" and "From" along with a short message, if you like and we can enclose your message on a gift card in the package.

If you have already placed an order your expected shipment date and tracking number are easily available by going to:
-Upper right corner of Etsy website
-Hover over "you"
-Scroll down and select "purchases and reviews"
-Scroll down to the purchase you wish to check on
If it has shipped it will say so and it will have a button that says "track package".
TO CHECK EXPECTED SHIPMENT DATE (same as above) and then...
-Click on "view receipt"
-Click on "shipment details"
