A relatively new addition to the world of Etsy, the Charming Platypus is more than just a dapper creature. This shop came from one my mother ran called Charm School, a place where she sold her unique and adorable stationaries, cards, and more. But when she passed away 2 years ago, the shop was lost. And yet, it just seemed like such a shame to see all her hard work gathering dust. I know my mother would have loved to see her work out there, and this is my way of continuing her legacy.
Most of the items I sell are hers, and slowly I've begun to add things of my own, hoping to keep the dream alive in a way. I like to think of the Charming Platypus as one of the first students of Charm School, venturing out into the world with all the knowledge he has gained, and continuing the tradition. So to anyone who buys, or even just stops by the shop, thank you for taking the time to hear this platypus' story.
