Due to its customized nature, The Chic Burlap Shack's products can not be refunded or exchanged. If there is a mistake on my end, I will replace your order free of charge.

I highly recommend double proofing your design. Sometimes even we will not catch a mistake. If we have made several revisions, I recommend you have an extra set of eyes look at it "just in case". I will not refund any design once approved by you. Please remember that the color of the final product may be off a little due to monitor screen color adjustments and the variety of printing processes.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact us before leaving feedback. We will be happy to work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Paypal is the preferred form of payment.

Any quote provided by The Chic Burlap Shack is valid for 30 days. If you request a quote and do not purchase the items within 30 days, The Chic Burlap Shack has the right to revise pricing without notice.

The Chic Burlap Shack will not begin customizing or printing until payment is made and has cleared through Paypal. Keep this in mind when you choosing an ECheck through Paypal. EChecks usually take 3-4 business days to clear.

The Chic Burlap Shack ships all packages via USPS Priority Mail. If you require quicker delivery, please contact us via Etsy Conversations. .

Please be sure your Etsy address matches your PAYPAL address. I WILL ALWAYS SHIP TO THE PAYPAL ADDRESS unless you clearly indicate that you want your item shipped elsewhere. I am not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided with payment. Items returned for an incorrect address will require additional postage paid by the buyer.
