Thank you for stopping by. We branched out from our sister site www.faithisfabulous.etsy.com to bring you the Fairy tale wedding you have always dreamed of. We're as creative as your thoughts so if there is something that you like but don't see on our site, don't hesitate to contact us.
All orders must be prepaid. Paypal, Checks, and money orders are accepted. Please makes checks to : Chiriga Garrett.
We are crafters but we do have to report to the IRS quarterly, so taxes will be added to every order.
We do not start on your order until payment is received. Once the payment is received you have 24 hrs to cancel your order. If the order is not canceled within that period, there is a 20% restocking fee and the rest of the money is returned. After the order is completed, the money shall not be refunded at all.
Shipping Please allow 2-4 weeks for your shipment or 5-7 weeks if you are ordering a customized item such as a Wishing Well/ Card box or Bouquets. All items will be shipped at Standard UPS ground rate and a shipping and handling charge will be added to the subtotal. Orders are shipped from Saint Louis, Missouri.
It takes up to 1-2 weeks for the order to be processed and shipped(the time frame is usually shorter during non peak weeks). The item is shipped via USPS. I use delivery notification to allow me track the process of the order which is at no additional charge to you. If you would like rush delivery, please send me a reply and I can set up a payment for rush shipping. We do not control the shipping of USPS. Once the item is shipped, we send you an email confirmation on the expected delivery date which is usually 3-4 days from the day we ship it.
We also do not add insurance on small items unless it is at the discretion of the customer, in which case please notify us and it can be added to your order for an small additional fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are not accepted unless items arrived damaged and are reported within 10 days of delivery, in which case a replacement will be provided. If the item is a custom order and there is not an allotted amount of time to reproduce it, we will gladly ship a standard card box instead and deduct the difference in price.
