Welcome to my shop! I'm so glad you have stopped by to take a look. Please read my policies before purchasing and convo me if you have any additional questions or comments.

I track all domestic packages with shipping confirmation (for your protection and mine). If packages go missing I cannot be held responsible and are not financially responsible for them. I will do my best to assist you with a tracking number though.

Payment Meathods::
I accept paypal only at this time. Convo me if you are interested in paying a different way and we can see what we can work out.

If I don't receive payment in 24 hours I send out a friendly reminder (things happen... paypal goes wonky, people forget, etc). If I don't hear from you within a week of purchase I will begin cancellation procedures through etsy.

If you are interested in a trade please contact me via convo. I trade very rarely, but if you have something I need I may consider it. Please don't be offended or press me if I don't want to trade.
I usually ship twice a week but if you need something rushed let me know and I will do my best to get it in the mail as soon as possible.

If you need something rush shipped, let me know and you can pay for a shipping upgrade.

Everything usually ships in a bubble mailer USPS first class shipping with delivery conformation to protect the buyer and the seller. I also package all jewelry orders in a cardboard box to assure it's safe arrival.

Packages shipped outside of the US cannot be tracked and therefore I am not responsible for lost packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. I check everything before shipping it and never ship anything I would not wear myself. Sometimes things don't work out and when that happens I do my best to make sure you are 100% happy. If you receive something that is not quite what you wanted, please convo (on Etsy) me as soon as possible.

Exchanges: I do accept exchanges. Item must be returned to me in it's original condition with the box and tag included. I ask that the customer pays for the shipping on the returned item. Once I receive the item I will convo you with the amount of your store credit minus the cost of the original shipping.

Returns: If you are not happy with an item and simply want to return it, convo me and let me know. I ask that you ship it back to me in it's original packaging and condition and once it arrives I will refund you the cost of the item (but not the original shipping cost). I can only issue refunds via paypal and do not cut personal checks.

Damaged Merchandise: I do everything in my power to make sure your piece arrives safely, but the postal service can sometimes be unpredictable. If you receive something that is damaged, please convo me with a photo of the damaged item. At that time I will issue a refund or store credit for the cost of the item (minus the shipping).
