I accept payment by PayPal and Credit Cards through PayPal. . If you pay via echeck with Paypal it takes 3-7 business days before the payment clears. Your order will not be started until the payment has been cleared. This delays production time. Production does not begin until purchase is made and payment clears for All orders.

Understandably, I can not accept cancellations or changes once a custom order has been started. If I have not started your order I can make changes but it may extend the production time. To avoid missing information I am happy to set up a Custom Listing for you. I keep all etsy business within etsy convo as it is a more timely organized method of obtaining and storing the information for your order.
I will convo to obtain the information needed to begin the order. Please reply thru Etsy Convo.

If any special requests or instructions have been discussed thru convo prior to placing your order, those details will need to be copy / pasted in the Notes To Seller at checkout. With so may convo and custom requests I won't remember the details without seeing them on the invoice.

Rush Order Fee applies to all orders needing shipped within 7 business days of purchase. Next Day Delivery Shipping Upgrades will be required as well.

If there is missing or confusing information in the Notes To Seller at checkout I will convo to get the information confirmed. Orders will remain open and ship date will be rescheduled for a later date.

●✿● Please make sure the correct shipping address is registered in your etsy, credit card, and PayPal account. I will always ship to the address on the Etsy Purchase Invoice.

●✿● If you discover you have made an error in the shipping address prior to me shipping your order, the most effective way to insure the correct address is used will be for me to cancel the original order once the new order with correct address is placed. I will ship to the address on the etsy purchase invoice.
Bloomingdeals cannot be held responsible for mail that is misdirected due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Buyer will be responsible for the reshipping cost once the item has been returned to me.

●✿● if there is a date you need an order by please convo me Before you place your order to ensure we can ship in time- a rush fee will apply if the request is before the posted ship date.. I can only guarantee a ship date and not delivery dates. Any comments in the notes to seller about an expedited ship date that was not convoed prior to purchasing will not be honored. If an expedited ship date was confirmed it must be in the Notes To Seller otherwise it may be missed and I can not be help responsible for the missed need by date.

●✿● ALL orders over $250.00 will require signature confirmation. Orders under $100.00 and under 4 pounds will ship USPS. Orders that are over $100 and/or 4 lbs will ship UPS Ground. This usually takes 2-5 business days depending on shipping destination. Tracking # is provided with all orders however USPS does not always scan the packages.

●✿●INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ●✿●
International orders will be sent USPS Mail. Packages weighing 4 or more pounds will ship USPS Priority Mail
Buyers are responsible for any customs, tariffs, fees, and taxes that may be incurred by your country upon arrival. Please Note: Packages will NOT be marked as gifts.
Refunds and Exchanges
●✿● IMPORTANT ●✿●

●✿●Because Monogramming and personalization are Custom Orders (items are created to your specifications), I cannot accept returns or refunds. If I make a mistake, I will gladly send out a corrected item right away at no charge. I will provide pre paid shipping label to ship the original item back to me.
●✿● If it is embroidered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect information, this is also non refundable and you are responsible for costs to have it remade and reshipped.
●✿●Unauthorized returned items without Return Authorization # will be returned to sender.

ALL Rush Orders and Rush Order Fees are NON Refundable.

If you request to return on a non personalized item it must arrive in the same selling condition. Shipping fee, Insurance, and tracking # will be required at your cost. Refund, minus original shipping fee, will be issued once I receive the item in the same conditions it was packed and shipped. Please note that if there is no insurance on the package and it gets lost in the mail I can not issue a refund.

If your package arrives damaged take photos of the damaged package. If the content inside the package is damaged take a photo of the items as well. I will need these photos for the insurance claim.

Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Carefully check spelling, dates, names, and other details needed to complete the order. Please make sure all information such as Font Selection, Thread Color, Embroidery Location (if options are given), and other requests are included. You are welcome to contact us via Etsy Convo if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order.
