When can I expect to receive my package?

Every single item on our store is custom printed just for you, and it will take 7 to 9 BUSINESS days to produce, and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

Production Time Estimate: 7 to 9 days BUSINESS days

EXPRESS Shipping Time Estimate: 5 to 10 BUSINESS days

Standard Shipping Time Estimate: 2 to 4 weeks

Orders Not Received:
If your order has not been received within 40 business days from the "Ship By Date", which means excluding the initial made-to-order product time of 7-9 business days, message us so that we can best help you.

How are my items shipped?

Generally the items will be shipped from overseas via China Post, USPS, DHL/Fedex (Express Shipping - Contact phone number is required, and NO Post Office box addresses are accepted). Orders with multiple items may arrive in different shipments. Tracking numbers and carrier information will be available to you after it is confirmed! We are not responsible for a missing parcel that shows by the tracking, that it has been delivered.

I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

When you place an order, you have 12 hours to message us and request a cancellation or modification.

After 12 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

Can I return the item I received?

Since your item is made-to-order custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or size issues and/or buyers remorse. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page.

Car Seat Covers - What does "universal-fit" mean?
The term “universal” is used when a product is not vehicle-specific. This means it was not designed to fit one or a select few vehicles. Universal does not mean the product will fit any vehicle.

My item is damaged or Faulty!

We are sorry to hear that. It can happen from time to time, for a variety of reasons that may or may not have been under our control. Contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered, with pictures to verify a fault or damage (for car seat covers - fitted onto the car seats), with details of the issue.

Do I have to pay duties or taxes outside of United States?

Duties and Taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country. If you want to be sure before you make a purchase, you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or lookup the threshold online). This will determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry, as we cannot cover these charges for you.

Can I change my shipping address when my order is in production

Unfortunately, once the order is in the production phase, you cannot change the shipping address. If you did not contact us (within 12 hours of placing the order) regarding a wrong shipping address, the item will be delivered to the address shown on your order inside of your Etsy account. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with USPS, and organize a redirect for the parcel. **Please DOUBLE check your shipping address details when you first place the order**
