2 out of 5 starsI am not going to send it back, but I was very disappointed that all the decorations on the cup are in hot pink, not Autumn Orange as it was pictured. Pink pumpkin and leaves? Yuck.

Please accept my sincere apology for the discoloration of your mug. I have contacted the company that did the printing for me and advised them of the problem, as well. Not only have I issued a full refund for the mug, but I am sending a replacement to you free of charge. Again, please accept my apologies and thank you for your valuable feedback. As a coffee lover, I love coffee mugs, and like most, I have quite a collection... there's nothing that I like more than having just the right mug to carry around at home or at the office. My mugs either fit my mood, the season, or the situation... they can be funny, sarcastic, sentimental, sweet, or something entirely different, but they tend to be as unique as I personally am.
As an artist, I love creating new, interesting things, especially those that are quirky, entertaining, or make you think.
