The seller did not have this item but sent me another pillow that I agreed to the look of the pillow but upon receipt it was a mini cushion instead of the 14x14 that I was charged for. The 2 pillows i received are 10x10 at best. Then I see the same mini set come in 3 and I received two pillows for $55.38

I cannot accept returns on custom items as they have been fully customised to your specifications. Proofs (images) will be sent to you before your item is completed to ensure your satisfaction.

For outside the UK this is Royal Mail international Airmail.
For inside the UK this is second class mail.
Royal mail claim a delivery of 3 working days in Europe and 5 Days elsewhere, but it's my experience it takes around 10 days to 2 weeks.
Standard shipping is not signed for and does not provide a tracking number. However these services can be requested for most countries for an additional cost.
I am not responsible for customs charges. I always obtain a proof of postage for every parcel that I post. So in the unfortunate circumstance that something happens to your parcel I will be able to make a claim from royal mail after 18 days (this is the time which they regard an item as missing) and then offer you replacement if possible. Where an item was one of a kind a different item will be offered or a refund.
I will consider shipping anywhere, just convo (contact) me PRIOR to purchasing so that I can provide you with additional shipping cost/information and list an item for you.
