Thanks for stopping by! I know you have many choices in where you spend your money, I appreciate you considering my little shop for your purchase! When you buy anything on internet, you should know who you are buying from and under which conditions. So please feel free to convo me for any questions. It is just myself running my shop and sometimes I get rather busy. Always message me here on Etsy. I hardly check my email address. Check back soon for many new items in the shop I am always adding new items due to wonderful requests from customer like yourself. I love custom orders!

☆ I try to keep all my deadlines as they are in the listing. But you can imagine things get VERY BUSY during garden season or holidays. I will send updates if I need extra time. These times DO NOT included the time in the mail, only the time to create the actual item and prepare it for shipping. Shipping can take up to 10 days depending on where you live. Sometimes there is enough paid for Priority Mail. Or if you want to be sure it will travel Priority Mail convo me to find out. Most the time it is just a couple of dollars more for the upgrade depending on the size and weight and distance. I try my hardest to get it right. If I over charge by $2 or more I credit it back to your account.

I answer my convos as soon as possible. Please only message me here at ETSY. Please, do not send me a direct e-mail with any questions, or address changes. I do not check it on a regular basis. All questions regarding your order, are best done through the Etsy.com 'conversation' feature, as I do log onto the website on a daily basis.

~☆~PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ETSY AND PAYPAL ADDRESS ARE UPDATED!! All items shipped within the US will be shipped to your PAYPAL address (all international will be shipped with your Etsy address) so make sure the one you have on file is correct. If you need it shipped to another address, please let me know immediately as some orders ship the same day. Also, items will not be shipped until payment is received and CLEARED, no exceptions.

♥ HOW DO YOU SHIP?
I ship via USPS First Class mail for items up to 13 oz, after that they go regular USPS or sometimes enough is covered for them to travel PRIORITY MAIL 2-3 day arival. If there is questions on arival time message me to confirm.

I ship on MONDAY - FRIDAY. Local customers are welcome to forgo shipping costs and pick up their packages. Please contact me for details prior to paying for your purchase.

Returning customers: regardless of how quickly you may have received a past order, you should always plan for the maximum amount of time before shipment of new orders just in case I am extremely busy. Sometimes I am able to ship within a day or two (or even same day) but at other times it could take the entire lead time as mentioned in my shop announcement and policies.

♥ HOW DO YOU FIGURE OUT YOUR SHIPPING COST?
While I do try to be fair with the shipping costs, please keep in mind that a shipping cost does not reflect actual postage cost, it includes other fees such as delivery confirmation, shipping materials, ink, mailers, tissue paper, labels, sealing stickers etc. and a handling/processing fee.

♥ DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes I do. The shipping rates for international are different for every address. Message me with your address to get started with a shipping price quote. I have had many happy overseas customers. I have even made some signs in other languages. Hope to have a chance to make you something special.

~☆~ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATE
Via First Class mail.No tracking is available. Shipping varies on destination, normally up to 14 days for most countries.
South and Central America:can take up to 40 days (due to customs)
Canada:can take up to 21 days. (usually less)
Singapore:can take up to 21 days.
Europe: can take up to 21 days (usually less) Spain, France, Germany and Italy run the longest shipping times so far.
Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea: can take up to 30 days (sometimes less)
Australia, New Zealand: up to 21 days.
Israel: up to 21 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

♥ CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM YOU?
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if you receive an item that you are not 100% completely satisfied with, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a timely return of the item for a full refund. Your complete satisfaction is my top priority! However, if you do want to return the item and there is nothing truly wrong with it. I will not be returning any of the shipping costs since I held up to my end of the deal by making you the best item I can.
*** Custom orders, regretfully, are not returnable (unless there was something wrong on my behalf "LIKE SPELLING" )

♥ WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Please keep in mind that I do EVERYTHING myself. Including photos, convos to answer questions, researching the next cool item to create, picking orders and packing/shipping them as well as all the bookkeeping. Please take this into consideration when ordering and know that I am trying to do everything humanly possible to get your package to you one time but on rare occasions family life gets in the way. I will always contact my customers to let them know if there is a problem.
