The Cookie Cups, a woman owned bakery in Minnesota specializes in cookies shaped like cupcakes, cooking classes and birthday parties. Like so many other small businesses during COVID-19 we had to adapt to new protocols. We decided to offer delivery services and close our doors to the public for a period of time until it was safe to open.

When owner and creator, Nicole Pomije's husband shared a link to a virtual cooking class, that’s when a lightbulb went off and The Cookie Cup’s first ever at-home baking experience for families to enjoy and do together was born.

With a decade of marketing experience under her belt, Pomije started The Cookie Cups six years ago after making a mistake in her home kitchen. Since then, it has grown a substantial customer base and has been awarded with Best Apple Dessert in the Commercial category at well-known Excelsior Apple Days in Minnesota.

The Cookie Cups has been seen in The Today Show, The New York Times, Buzzfeed, Forbes, Fast Company, and several other media outlets.
