Updates

Used our 5-piece baseball set and baseball field for some fun cookies. Although, I did use different size cutters for my baseball set. Unfortunately, due to trademark laws, we do not sell the swinging friar nor the SD as a cookie cutter. Bummer.slightly_frowning_face

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Returns and exchange details
Returns

We do not accept returns on any Edible Art Paint. All sales for Edible Art Paint are final.

We accept returns for all unused cookie cutters. A 10% processing fee will be taken from the item(s) total amount for all items returned. Please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date to receive authorization of the return. After 7 days, we will not accept your return. Authorized items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Once authorization is given, please safely pack up your items. If items are packed poorly and are broken when they are received, a refund will not be given for any broken items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the items. The Cookie Cutter Club will not reimburse for any shipping costs.

When the package is received by The Cookie Cutter Club, a 10% processing fee will be taken from the item total and the remaining amount will be refunded for all items received. Original shipping costs will not be refunded on any returns.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If the wrong size cutter was purchased, please read our Return Policy. If you wish to purchase the same cutter in a different size, you will need to make another order and follow the instructions in the Return Policy to receive a partial refund on the returned items.

Damaged Product in Shipping

If your product arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of the delivery date. We will need a photo of the packaging and damaged cutter(s). Cutter(s) damaged in shipping will be replaced.

The Cookie Cutter Club is not responsible for cutters that are damaged due to improper washing, storage or use. Please read carefully the care instructions written in the listing description.

PROCESSING TIME
Our processing time ranges from 1-3 business days or 2-5 business days. Please check each listing you are ordering for more specific shipping information. If one item you are ordering has a later processing time than another item, your whole order will be processed according to the longest processing time given. Feel free to contact us to find out how soon we can ship your order.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES
We do not guarantee any shipping estimate times. They are estimates only and may change due to delays in USPS schedules. Please understand that if you have a delay in shipping by USPS, you will need to contact USPS directly to resolve the issue.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double check address information before checking out. We can only ship to the address provided to us in the checkout process. No returns or refunds will be given for items shipped to a wrong address due to customer error. If you ordered with the wrong address, please contact us to cancel your order. Once shipped, your order cannot be canceled and will not be refunded. Customers who cancel an order due to a wrong address before the order ships, will need to make a second order with the correct address.

PRIORITY SHIPPING
When choosing the 1-3 business day priority shipping option, please keep in mind that priority shipping only refers to how fast it will get to you after we process your order. Priority shipping does not remove our processing time needed to prepare your order. We fulfill our orders in the order we receive them. We do not give special attention to orders that are being shipped with priority shipping. If you are on a tight schedule, please message us before purchasing your order to find out how soon we can ship your order.

HOLIDAY ORDERS
Always remember when there is a USPS holiday the post offices are closed and we cannot ship on those days. Etsy does not reflect these closures in their shipping estimates, so we like to remind customers to remember the USPS holiday closures throughout the year so you can work the closures into your ordering schedules. When ordering around any major USPS holiday or after a USPS holiday closure, USPS shipping usually gets delayed. Please plan accordingly and try to order early.

1) What is the most common size bought?

Each customer has different needs, depending on what they are making with the cookie cutter. If you are unsure what size to purchase, below are the percentages for which sizes are bought by customers.

2.5" - 16% of customers purchase
3.0" - 24% of customers purchase
3.5" - 25% of customers purchase
4.0" - 24% of customers purchase
4.5" - 11% of customers purchase

2) What size cutting depth should I order?

Cutting depth depends on the thickness of the dough or other material you are using the cutter for. Customers have told us some of the creations they are making with their cutters, but most of the time, we do not know what our cookie cutters are being used for. If you are unsure how thick your dough is, I always say taller is better because then you can use the cutter to spiff up your next batch of brownies or rice krispies you are making. But if you are still unsure, below are the percentages of the different cutting depths customers are buying.
