At first I opened this package at night; with the dining room light, the yarn looked like dull browns and yellows. I looked at it again the next morning in indirect sunlight and the colors appeared brighter yellow and coppery gold, much closer to the color of the website photo. The yarn is soft and I think will still work well for my project.

I love the colors in this yarn - shades of reds and purples! Soft and has plenty of yardage for the shawl I plan to knit.
