All regular orders are shipped within 3 days.
Delivery for custom orders will be agreed with you via email.
Items will be sent by Royal Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love your purchase, but If you do need to return your item(s), please note the following.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging. Please contact me by email before the return at : lesleyanne [!at] thecottonbee.co.uk
The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges and are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund, store credit is available. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or used.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience is positive.
