Thank you for visiting my shop!! I make all my baked products from scratch using old family recipes and the finest and freshest ingredients, many from our local Farmer's Market. I do not use artificial enhancers or preservatives in any of my products.
All of my crafts are handmade using quality supplies and many are 1 of a kind.
We accept payment in the form of Pay Pal, Money Order. Payment must be received before your order will ship. Please note that the choice of" other " in the payment section is for prearranged trade purposes only. We only accept payment in the above described forms.
We ship USPS Priority Mail in the US. We ship our baked products Monday – Wednesday so that your order does not spend unnecessary time at a post office over a weekend. Our crafts ship daily. If you would like an alternate shipping method, please let us know and we can create a custom order for you. Please note once we release your package to the postal service we have no control over and are not responsible for the arrival process or damage incurred and cannot control the delivery date that USPS provides us. The USPS does not guarantee the 2-3 day priority delivery time. We include insurance in our shipping charges so if you have damage that affects the product significantly contact us immediately and we will.instruct you on how to file a claim. Insurance does not cover perishable foods, only damage incurred in shipping .We freeze our baked goods to help preserve freshness during shipping but please note that they will be thawed when they arrive. Most items will refreeze nicely with no ill effects. Please read our refund policy before ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please read our products descriptions carefully as we do our best to describe each item accurately as well as the ingredients they contain. We are sorry but there are no refunds or exchanges on our products. We are not responsible for the carrier, ie (Postal Service, Fed-Ex or UPS) of your item when the package is in their possession. We are not responsible for loss in transit or damage in transit including weather related damage. We do our very best to package our product with great care to insure it’s arrival in good condition including the use of ice packs when necessary. While we do freeze our products before shipping to help retain freshness please note that your item will be thawed when it arrives. Most of our products refreeze nicely with no ill effects.
To report a problem with your order you must report it to us via a conversation within 24 hours of it's arrival so we can promptly address any problem. Please contact us before providing feedback so we have time to address your particular situation.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We gladly accept custom order requests and happily combine shipping on multiple items whenever possible so you get the best deal possible.If you place an order for multiple items we will automatically combine them into the appropriate size box and refund any overage on shipping that is over 2.00 difference to your account. Once we post your custom listing we respectfully request that you purchase your listing within 2 days of posting unless we have a prior arrangement as we do have a schedule to maintain to keep ourselves organized. Failure to place your order in the allotted time will result in your listing being removed. Please be aware that when we post your listing our shop is charged a fee and removing the listing results in our not being able to recoup that fee.
