Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my order? And do you offer returns and/or exchanges?
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact me within 24 hours of your purchase in order to receive a full refund.
If you contact me after 24 hours, and I have completed your order but it has not yet shipped, I may still offer a refund (at my discretion), but will deduct a portion of the dollar amount as compensation for the labor costs incurred. Once your order has shipped out, I cannot offer any refunds, due to the labor involved, and material/shipping costs incurred.
I do not accept returns, but if you have received an item that you are unhappy with, feel free to contact me, and I'll do my best to help. If you want to exchange an item, in most cases you will be responsible for any associated return shipping costs.
What happens if my order arrives late or not at all? Will I get a free replacement?
Unfortunately, once an order is in the hands of the USPS (or other shipping service), I am not responsible for any delivery delays, lost packages, etc. There is not much else I can do on my end at that point.
All items will come with tracking included, and if an order shows as "delivered", but you have not received it, I would first suggest waiting a few days to see if it turns up. You can also try checking with neighbors, etc. to see if anyone else got the package(s) by mistake. If that doesn't work, you need to next contact the shipping service in question to make a report of lost/stolen mail. I may offer to replace certain items if I have the materials available, but that will not always be possible and is COMPLETELY AT MY DISCRETION.
