Accepted payment methods
- Money Order
Please note that if paying by personal check, your items will be mailed 10 days after I receive your payment.
If you are paying via money order, I will ship your goodies as soon as I receive your payment.
If you have a concern or complaint about the cost to ship your items, please let me know prior to purchasing your items.
If you need to make sure that I send your package out by a certain date, please let me know so I can make sure that I fulfill your needs. Shipping can take up to seven business days, so please make sure you tell me if you need your goodies shipped quickly!
I do not update the shipping status section. When you view your order in the "Purchases" section of your Etsy account you will see the status of your order as "payment received" and not "shipped." Due to the large volume of sales I have and the time consuming one-at-a-time status selection as well as dozens of pending sales existing at once, it is very hard for me to accurately keep that section up to date. Upon paying for your order I do send an email letting you know when your order will ship. If you have a question about your order's status, please let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
I have received many requests from my wonderful customers who prefer that I do not leave them feedback so they may keep their supply source confidential. In order to insure that this request is fulfilled I have stopped leaving feedback completely. If you would like me to leave feedback for you, please contact me with your date of purchase and I will honor your request.
