From a inky crafter to other like minded inky crafters

Hello Friends!

Many of you know me as a blogger and crafter myself. I used to run a little shop here on Etsy called "TheCraftyPickle " which was also (and still is) my personal blog www.craftypickle.com. I had always dreamed of owning my own stamp company but time or money always seemed to be a factor. in 2018 I decided to take my dream and make it a reality with the encouragement and support of those of you in the crafty community and my family. I am excited to bring our MADE IN THE USA photopolymer stamps to the etsy marketplace. We also carry a lot of other items such as Dies, Shaker and embelishment mixes, and papercrafting supplies.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Buyer is responsible for requesting insurance for an additional fee. All shipments will be mailed by USPS and delivery confirmation is included in shipping costs.

If there is a huge discrepancy in shipping charges I will refund the difference back to you. If you have underpaid for your shipping, I will cover the overage.
Shipping
Items are usually shipped within three business days (depending on order volume, which may be high during a new release). If there is a significant delay it will be updated on our home page of the shop. Please contact me if there is a rush shipment needed. I take great care in packing your order. Our goal is to make your happy mail, well, HAPPY! If you have any problem with your shipment please contact us right away.

I do my best to represent the colors as accurately as possible. Please know that all computer monitors are different and therefore the coloring might not be exact to what you see. If you have any problems please contact me.
