Accepted payment methods

Payment
Kindly submit payment via PayPal right away. If payment is not received, I will assume that customer is no longer interested in completing the transaction and I will cancel the sale. Thanks for your understanding. Please contact me right away if you have trouble paying through Paypal or you will be late submitting this payment to avoid any cancellation. Thanks!
Shipping
Be sure that I always REFUND if you overpay for shipping, I will print your shipping label through Paypal and then refund the extra if that is the case

Items ship via Canada Post. I use the most economical way to ship to you reason why there is no tracking number or insurance.

Please note that I can't assume responsibility for parcels that go missing, lost or damage by the postal carriers so please considered buying shipping insurance just contact me and let me know if you want your parcel to be insured, if you want a tracking number or if you want it the fastest way possible, I will find out which is the best rate for you.
Please do not give me feedback on delivery, my duty is to put your parcel in the mail soon after receiving payment but I can't control the delivery of your parcel, parcels move at different speeds depending on carriers and country's customs departments, expect delays if you live outside Canada and the USA. A neutral or negative feedback due to slow delivery is not fair and not appreciated, I can assure customers that I deliver within 24 hrs after purchase unless otherwise specified but I will contact you if there are any delays. Thanks for your understanding.

For customers outside of Canada and the U.S.A please allow up to 8 weeks for parcels to arrive. I've had customers who have had to wait up to 12 weeks so if you want something to arrive super fast please contact me to see what shipping method is the best and please be patient once the parcels leave my hands I can't do much about it. It is up to postal carriers and your country's customs laws and services to release and deliver parcels. It is very important that you understand this as it will avoid many problems and you being unhappy due to a parcel taking too long.

Please make sure your address is correct and match in your Etsy and Paypal account but the most important is Paypal as I usually print the shipping labels from there.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm sure you will be happy with your purchase but if you aren't please convo me and let me know that you will be returning your item. Returns will be given within 15 days of purchase date. I expect to hear from you as soon as you receive your purchase and tell me why you are not satisfy.
I offer a full purchase price refund once item is received in its original packaging and condition. Due to copyright issues there is no refunds on patterns and shipping rates 'won't be refunded.

I apologize but I won't give a refund if you didn't receive your item due to an address error on your part, for instance if your Paypal address is not correct. Please make sure you have the right address on your account. Refunds won't be given if the item has been stained or damage or never returned. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are not satisfy and the last reason I won't issue a refund is due to buyer's remorse.

Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase and I would appreciate if you do that BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback. Customer service and respect works both ways and are very important to me.

Last but not least I just want you to know that I firmly believe in the 3 R's Reuse, Reduce and Recycle so I try using as much recyclable materials in the packing of your purchase without compromising customer service, so if you see your purchase wrap around the page of a magazine please don't think that I am promoting whatever is being advertised there it is just that I want to give your purchase a bit more proteccion from the mail handling and I find pages from magazines or glossy papers work very well.
