Como diseñador gráfico y artista plástico, encuentro que estar cerca del arte y los objetos que tienen una singularidad, inspiran mis acciones cotidianas. Ya sea que se inspire en un objeto como un pisapapeles impreso con una imagen de una pintura, o una tarjeta de notas con un diseño único que le ruega al bolígrafo que escriba una nota personal, el arte me inspira a diario.
El North Fork de Long Island también ha sido una gran fuente de inspiración para mí a lo largo de los años. Tanto es así que diseñé un logotipo para North Fork, y me complace decir que muchas personas muestran mi logotipo (ya sea usándolo en ropa o usando mis accesorios) en apoyo de su amor por North Fork también.
También me encanta la arquitectura antigua, y tiendo a pintar escenas que tienen una sensación nostálgica de un tiempo pasado. Aunque satisfecho por la pintura, pensé para mí mismo, lo maravilloso que sería capturar mis pinturas y diseños en objetos tan cotidianos, para que puedan estar disponibles para inspirar a otros. As a graphic designer and a fine artist, I find that being around art and objects that hold a uniqueness, inspire my everyday actions. Whether being inspired by an object such as a paperweight printed with an image of a painting, or a notecard with a unique design that begs the pen to write a personal note, art inspires me daily.
The North Fork of Long Island has also been a great source of inspiration for me over the years. So much so that I designed a logo for the North Fork, and am happy to say that many people display my logo (whether wearing it on apparel, or using my accessories) in support of their love for the North Fork too!
I also love old architecture, and I tend to paint scenes that hold a nostalgic feeling of a time gone by. Although fulfilled by painting, I thought to myself, how wonderful would it be to capture my paintings and designs on such everyday objects, so they can be available to inspire others.
