Return and Exchange Details
ALL SALES FINAL.
Due to the personalized/customized nature of the items I create, I DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds on items. If I have made a mistake on your order (wrong size/monogram), you must notify me within 48 HOURS of receiving your order and we can make arrangements for you to return the item (Within 7 days of receiving) and receive a replacement. I will provide you with a replacement once the original item(s) has been returned. If you do not notify me within the first 48 HOURS after receipt, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no replacement or refund will be issued. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after 24 hours of placing order.

There will be no refunds for items needed sooner than my clearly, fully, turnaround time located in my shop information unless discussed previously before purchasing and I said I could meet your rush order (With a rush order fee).
Shipping
All items are shipped USPS first class shipping within the stated turnaround time from purchase date. All items are shipped USPS with tracking, and are expected to arrive within 5-7 days from ship date. Rush orders (with rush order fee) ship via USPS Priority Mail and are EXPECTED (NOT GUARANTEED) to arrive within 2-3 days of ship date.
Items are shipped to the address you provided in your etsy order; please make sure that it is correct. Once it has been received by the post office, I am unable to make any changes or intercept it in any way. If you would like an item shipped priority, which includes $50 insurance, please contact me first. If your order states delivered, I cannot issue any refund.
