I hope that your visit to The Crow Tray is fun and maybe even inspiring. Our eye is drawn to certain colors, shapes, and textures. But why? When you find something on The Crow Tray you can't live without, payment is via PayPal. Stuff happens, and if you must cancel a purchase, please contact me.
I will ship out of the country (if international shipping rates are not posted, just drop me a line). Shipment of your selection will occur within 2 business days of purchase (barring post office closures). If a delay is anticipated, I will contact you immediately. US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation will be my primary form of shipment with occasional use of UPS or FedEx. If you have particular needs for shipment (i.e., rush shipment, insurance, international shipments, etc.), please let me know so that those arrangements may be made.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will happily accept item returns if notified within 5 days of receipt. Item must be returned within 10 days from the day you received it.

I will refund you the FULL purchase price of the item (less shipping) upon receipt back to me. All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. All items returned must be shipped the same way you received the item (such as first class and insured). The item returned must include all items sent and must be in the same condition it was when sent.

Please let me know immediately if an insured item arrived damaged so I can contact the postal service.
