I’m sorry to hear that your package never arrived. You ordered it on Sept 23 & I shipped it out the same day. I checked the tracking & as of Sept 28th, it shows that it is still in route and “arriving late.” That tracking number is: 9400109206094291393195 Once the package leaves my hand, I have no control over what happens to it in transit. I’m sure you’re aware that USPS delivery times are slower than normal due to the pandemic, but in the future when you order from a small business, instead of leaving a 1 star review at 7 am, try reaching out to them first & letting them know there’s an issue. I can’t speak for all small biz owners, but I try to go above & beyond to help the people who order from me. I hope it arrives. 💕

3 out of 5 starsDisappointed this isn’t actually a hard or soft enamel pin. The glitter is rough and doesn’t have a protective coating. It’s pretty, I got the white version, there’s odd protective dots of plastic, or maybe varnish I’m not sure, around the stars but I’m not sure why the person who created this didn’t actually coat and protect it the whole pin. This was for my pin collection but now it doesn’t belong. If you collect actual enamel don’t purchase. If you want a really pretty pin then purchase.
