Welcome to The Crystal Ranch! We specialize in Rhinestone Apparel and transfers. We are located just outside Houston, TX and have 3 state of the art automated rhinestone machines. Choose from any of our designs or let us create a design just for you.

Returns and exchanges
Your order is made once we receive it. So we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due the custom nature of our business.

We make every effort to closely represent the color and description of all items. Colors are viewed differently on all computer Monitors. Refunds will not be given for merchandise or shipping charges for discrepancies in color.

Please check the size charts carefully before ordering! We want you to love wearing your Bling!

We will gladly replace any UNWORN item if it is damaged upon receipt or the custom design does not meet the specifications agreed upon when purchased AND is unworn and in the original condition. If the damaged item cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.
For damaged items: Return the item within 15 days from original ship date using the mail carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. (We are not responsible for lost packages).
Payment
The Crystal Ranch accepts Paypal, Etsy gift cards and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. We do not accept COD.

Cancellations can be made up to the time we begin production or artwork on your custom design.

All orders shipped within Texas will be charged 6.25% sales tax
Shipping
All items will ship within 3-5 business days after payment has cleared. Custom designs take a little longer. If there are any delays, we will attempt to inform you.

We ship by US First Class or Priority mail. We do not guarantee shipping times with the US Post Office. If you have an event you would like to receive your order, please let us know. We will give it our best effort to accommodate your request.
