♥ Current Production time as of 9/27/2012 is 16-18 business days *BEFORE* shipping. That does not include weekends and US holidays. Please remember all shipping times are estimates only.

I only except PayPal because it's safe and reliable for both you and me. If you don’t have a PayPal account, when you click the PayPal “Pay Now” button, it will give you the option to pay with your credit card. It's that easy!
If you live in California, sales tax will be applied to your Purchase.
After payment is received, I ship USPS with delivery confirmation. I will notify you when your item has shipped. If you need your item shipped to an address other than your Etsy address, please let me know. I DO ship internationally. Please convo me for a shipping estimate.
For international orders:
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Refunds and Exchanges
Like any good merchant, Refunds and exchanges are accepted four days after you receive your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you have four days to contact me. The item must be unused, unwashed and in the condition that I shipped it. Please include your receipt. Shipping cost (both ways) is not refundable. Refunds will be issued upon arrival of item(s).
Please note: "Custom" orders are not refundable.

Rush Order Policy:
As a courtesy to all my customers, I do not accept *RUSH* orders. I fill my orders as they come in. We all learned in grade school that cutting in line was something you just didn't do. The same philosophy applies in my work ethics. Not only does it disrupt my turn around time for all the customers that have patiently waited, it’s also asking me to rush a handmade item that takes time and skill to make.
