Shipping was incredibly fast - it was shipped on Wednesday and I received it on Friday! Communication with the seller was excellent and prompt. Highly recommended seller!

Payment
To do so, you just have to follow the instructions on the paypal screen during the purchase process.
2. For other buyers, we are happy to offer interbank transfers. Please send us a convo before making your purchase and we can arrange the details.
Your purchase will be shipped only after payment has been received. Please note that items will be placed back to the shop if payment has not been received or arranged within 48 hours.
3. For all reserve listings, except those who have made prior arrangements, payments must be received within 48 hours or the item will be released and placed back in the shop.
4. Also note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Shipping
2. Your purchase will be sent to the shipping address mentioned in your Etsy profile and on the invoice of your purchase. Be carefull to check your shipping adress.
3. Your purchase will be sent within 5 business days. If you need something to be shipped faster, please let us know. .
4. We always do our best to pack the items with care, so that they arrive safely. We also take care to use recycled packaging materials wherever possible.
5. We do our best to offer the most affordable yet safe shipping options for our customers. Kindly note that insurance is usually not included.
6. Convo us for combined shipping rates: they are calculated based on weight and box measurements.
7. Additional charges may be applied to P.O. boxes.
8. We are not responsible for taxes or customs fees. In cases where packages are returned to us, additional shipping costs will need to be paid for by the buyer to re-ship the item.
9. We are not responsible for postal transit times.
Expected transit times: Europe: 2-5 days
USA & Canada & Everywhere Else: 1-3 weeks
These transit times are for airmail, which is what we use for all our items, except the biggest ones (please ask us if you need more information about that).
10. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping fees if an item returns as an unclaimed package. The returned item will be put up for sale in our shop again unless the buyer requests it to be reshipped at their own expense.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most importantly, all vintage electrical items must be fully safety checked by a qualified electrician before being plugged into the mains, if you decide you want to use them. Use at your own risk.
Secondly, following any safety check, it is important to note that electrical appliances may require a voltage adapter for use. These are inexpensive and very widely available. The items' functionality have been tested on Continental European mains electricity supply only, unless otherwise specified.
We are eager to answer any questions or send more photographs. The idea is to keep both parties happy. So all feedback, the good and the bad, is more than welcome.
