Sizing details
All our beads are described to the very best of our knowledge with respect to type, size, shape, colour and clarity. We use a set of digital calipers to measure the beads. In some cases the photographs may not show the exact beads that are for sale; however the photographs will always show beads which are very, very similar or virtually identical to those being sold. Due to their very nature natural stones will vary, some are more brittle than others and drill holes may vary too; for this reason we cannot guarantee that every bead is 100% perfect. We do not sell lab-created stones.
As a general rule of thumb a 26 gauge (0.4mm) or 28 gauge (0.3mm) wire will fit the beads we have for sale and we recommend you use dead soft wire.
Do you combine shipping?
We offer one flat rate shipping charge no matter how many items you buy.
I need to make a change to an order I've placed. What should I do?
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
Will your gemstones fit the bezel cup settings?
All hand cut gemstones have a standard industry tolerance of +/- 0.25mm. If you buy gemstones and want them to fit our pre-made bezel settings then please add a note at checkout and we will try our best to ensure that the stones we select will fit the settings.
What is the VAT situation for EU customers?
For orders under €150 Etsy will charge you VAT at the time you pay for your order and no extra charges should be incurred when importing into your country. For orders over €150 you will need to pay VAT, a handling fee and import duties to the authorities in your country before your parcel is delivered.
