Returns and exchange details
In general, all sales are final. Mulitple photos and a description each item are provided for everything sold, so what you see is what you get. Please contact us with questions prior to making a purchase.

For custom orders: once a design concept is agreed upon and work has begun, no refunds will be issued. (Any cancellation must occur prior to the project start)
Payment
Payment methods accepted are Etsy Payments and PayPal.
Shipping
All instock items will ship within 3 business days upon receiving cleared payment. The items will be well packaged and marked fragile (if applicable) however The Dahlia Gallery is not responsible for damage during shipping. If additional insurance is requested, please contact the shop prior to shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
Canvas Art: All canvas art sold is an original piece and is signed on the back with the completion date and title. Not all have signatures on the front, this is so you, the buyer can choose which way to hang the artwork. If you purchase one that doesn't show a signature on the front, it can be added at your request prior to shipping as long as you indicate this ahead of time. Art mounted inside shadow box frames is signed on the back of the frame.

Reclaimed Material: Artwork consisting of reclaimed or repurposed materials is exactly that. These items are not new so there will be signs of wear, chipping, cracking or discoloration. These qualities are exactly why the item was selected for use. If you are looking for something shiny and new, then just avoid anything with reclaimed materials in the item description.
