Returns & Exchanges
Phone cases are made to order and are final sale. Please check your phone model, personalization, and shipping address before checkout. Dog ornaments include our seven-day satisfaction guarantee: contact us through Etsy within 7 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied, and we will work with you on a replacement or refund. For damage or printing issues, include photos of the item and packaging.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within one hour of purchase, provided production has not begun. Message us through Etsy as soon as possible. Once production begins, we cannot cancel the order.
Delivery Dates
Each item is made to order. See the listing and checkout for production times and the estimated arrival date for your destination. Production time is separate from shipping time. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates; we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.
Missing Packages
If tracking says Delivered but your package is missing, check your mailbox, delivery area, household members, and neighbors. Carriers sometimes scan a package before delivery; please allow 24 hours. If it is still missing, message us through Etsy with your order number so we can help investigate and explain the next steps.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a printing issue, contact us through Etsy promptly with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the problem and help resolve it. Dog ornaments also have a seven-day satisfaction guarantee: contact us within 7 days of delivery for help with a replacement or refund.
Wrong Address
Please check your shipping address before checkout. If you notice a mistake, message us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once production or shipping begins. We cannot redirect a package after it ships. If a package is returned, contact us so we can review the available options and any additional shipping costs before proceeding.
Custom and personalized orders
Personalization options vary by listing. Follow the listed fields and instructions exactly. Where a live preview link is provided, complete the design there and paste the Personalization Code into Etsy before checkout. Check spelling, photo crops, colors, and placement carefully. Dog ornaments personalize the text on the illustrated design shown; the dog illustration is not created from your pet’s photo. Message us if you have a question before ordering.
