Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders - PROOFS
A PROOF will be created for any custom and personalized product. The proof will be forwarded to you via the Etsy conversation system within 24 - 48 hours of purchase. PLEASE make sure you check the conversation system if you are not signed up to receive automatic notifications. Your order will not go into final production until we receive your APPROVAL of the proof.
Print Sizes
Prints: Our prints are available in either 8"x10" or 11"x14" sizes. Please read the listing details carefully as certain styles are offered in certain sizes. Our prints are UNFRAMED. You will receive the print only. Frames in the photos are for display reasons only.
Canvas: Our canvas prints are available in 10" x 10", 12" x 12" , 16" x 16", 11" x 14" and 16" x 20" sizes - depending upon which item you are ordering.
Shipping Times
PRINTS: We ship all of our prints via USPS First Class Parcel. We only ship to the United States. ESTIMATED shipping time (length of time in transit) is 3-5 days.
You may purchase a PRIORITY MAIL option at check out for prints. ESTIMATED shipping time for USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 days.
CANVAS: Canvas prints are shipped via UPS with an ESTIMATED shipping time of 3-5 days.

How do I tell you my custom information?
Please provide all of the necessary custom information/personalization in the NOTES TO SELLER box that you will see on the CHECK OUT PAGE. If we have any questions regarding your information, we will contact you before creating the proof.
