When shopping for Christmas please be aware that shipping times and Customs delays can be increased substantially during the Christmas peak.

The majority of parcels reach their destination within the estimated times given by Australia Post but sometimes shipments are held up in customs to check that the contents of the package and the value of the goods were declared accurately. There is little that can be done to stop or speed up these random checks. (See below for more info)

We send all overseas parcels via Australia Post using a tracked service. The majority of parcels reach their destination within the estimated times given by Australia Post but sometimes shipments are held up in customs to check that the contents of the package and the value of the goods were declared accurately. There is little that can be done to stop or speed up these random checks. We always fill in all the proper documentation to help the process but sometimes things get held up regardless. Australia Post will only investigate the shipment if the item that is at least 10 business days late (from the expected delivery time). If the parcel is declared missing by Australia Post then we will send you a replacement or arrange a refund.

We have kept the sizes of our prints standard so it should be easy to find frames.

Frames can be found in department stores (eg Walmart, Target, Harvey Norman, BigW) or on the shelf in most local frame shops.

Our prints also fit the popular Ikea Ribba frames. These include :
12x16inch/30x40cm without the mat
16x20in/40x50cm without the mat,
19 ¾ x 27 ½/50x70cm without mat or with the mat it takes a 16x20in print
24x36in/ 61x91cm frame with the mat takes the 50x70cm/20x28in print.
