The Dormant Dragon is a leatherworking, accessories, and wearables store for reenactors, larpers, and cosplayers.

In the picture above you will see our in house little sleeping dragon. Her name is Yuki, it means Snow. She sits next to me as I work on all various leather projects and keeps me company. She is my seizure response dog and is with me all the time.

Art has always been my passion. I was a tattoo artist for years, but then got diagnosed with epilepsy. I lost my trade and decided to return to school. I got a BA in English with a focus on Medieval Lit. Now I am working on my Masters in Business Administration. Whether it is drawing, painting, writing, crafting, leatherworking, performing, dancing, or theatre, I love the arts.

Now I create one of a kind leatherwork items, for my customers at The Dormant Dragon. I am going to also be selling offline at various SCA events, local craft shows and fairs so look for the Dormant Dragon sign and come on in for good conversation and a good deal on a new piece of armor or some interesting accessories to add to your garb.

Occasionally I do other kinds of projects like glass etching or painting or woodworking because in general, I like to craft and create art. I also will occasionally provide space for other craftspeople to sell their wares in my booth. So keep your eyes peeled for one of a kind pieces in my store.

I also sometimes stream live while working on Facebook for people to enjoy. Sometimes this includes tutorials and workshops!
