colors on these dreads are amazing! I only ordered 5 & I received probably another 5 which was very surprising. Also, the only bad part of it is that they took over a month to receive no tracking number and merchant did not reply to my questions. . But again I was probably a little annoying about it

Was ordered on Dec 12, 2013 and got them Feb 5, 2014. The ones i ordered have duller colors in them and the ones i got in the mail are like neon colors, neon pink, neon orange, bright red. I also ordered 12" length and received 8" in length. in the listing it states, "Length is listed as actual dread length so your DE strings will be double your chosen length." Mine were 8" folded and 16" not folded. I am super disappointed as these were suppose to be a christmas gift and they are over a month late, not the right color and not even close to being the length i ordered. Very Disappointed!!!

Dreadlock FAQ's

How do I wash my dreads?

You can wash your wool dreads the same way you would wash your hair...................BUT if your wool dreads are long, tie them back in a pony tail and tuck them down the back of your T-shirt first. Tip your head upside down and only wash your roots. Don't let the water get too hot, the cooler the better. Use a mild shampoo and rinse well. Keep the lengths of your dreads dry. Wool dreads can become very heavy when wet and it is best not to strain your hair roots.
Or alternatively, take your dreads out and gently hand wash them in cool water with a mild shampoo. Dry naturally, do not place them on a heater or blow dry them.

Install, Falls or Wig?

Falls are great because they work like two giant scrunchies tied over your hair buns. You can create the look without making the commitment required with installs.
Your dreads can be taken on and off the elastics easily so you can rearrange your set whenever you feel like it.

Installs look fabulous but can be risky for some people. I would advise that you should only use install dreads if your hair and scalp are both healthy and strong! Also do your research, find out which installation method is best for you.

Wigs I love because you can style them in so many different ways and create some really wild looks. I love working on costume pieces. The wig bases I use are usually lace with an adjustable back, I like adding extension clips to give heavier pieces extra grip so they don't slip.

How many dreads will I need?

Lots of people ask me this question. I would say go see a stylist first, they will be able to advise you on your install. Never install more dreadlocks than your hair roots can hold, I have fine hair and I never install more than 30 double enders. Every head of hair is different. Please be aware I accept no responsibility for damaged hair.

How long will my installs last?

You can use your installs again and again. How long you can leave them in for will depend on the rate at which your hair grows and how healthy your hair is. I advise giving your hair some time off between installs.

Payment
Payment for your item is made using Paypal. If you don’t already have a Paypal account it’s easy to set one up. If you don’t want to register with Paypal you can use a credit or debit card via the Paypal site. Just follow the instructions on screen.
Shipping
Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped within three business days of your purchase, but usually next day if you have purchased a ready made item. Custom orders will take up to two weeks to produce.

Domestic items (UK) are sent by Royal Mail First Class, which usually arrives within three working days. International items are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail, which aims to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide destinations within five working days.

Please note that I am not responsible for any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties or other receiving fees incurred. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

All items are shipped with a visible return address so if your order does not arrive with you it will be returned to me and I will pay to have it shipped back to you if my packaging or labeling is the reason for none delivery. I accept no responsibility for lost items and I do not ship without proof of postage.

Your item should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact me and I will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or a refund provided where applicable providing the item you are returning has not been worn. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
