About

Dusty Lens Photography

My name is Amy, and I live in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. I explore the ghost towns, abandoned homesteads, and buildings all over Oklahoma. I also do headstone rubbings, and sometimes work with cemetery preservation, so I do have a tendency to shoot beautiful headstones, and gates long forgotten. Oklahoma is known for her beautiful sunsets, with vivid reds, pinks and oranges swirling together over the endless horizon. Sometimes I capture those, and occasionally her grand storm clouds in the spring and summer.
Have a look around, ask questions, every photo has a story. I welcome custom orders, wholesale orders, and specialty printed items, such as mouse pads & tee shirts.

Why the name?
Oklahoma, well known for the Dust Bowl, is still very windy, very dusty, and a lot of the places I shoot were left during the Dust Bowl, especially the homesteads, and small ghost towns. My lenses get very dusty.

YOUR ORDER:
Each photo is professionally printed by a lab on high quality archival paper. The prints are not matted or framed. As they are printed off-site, I do allow extra time for me to receive it, inspect the quality, and ship to you. Domestic orders should take less than two weeks to ship, but lab times, busy season may change that time frame. You will receive shipping confirmation once your payment has processed. I do ship internationally, please ask for shipping costs prior to purchase. I want shipping costs to be fair to both of us! International orders are responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs associated with customs.

RETURNS: I will only accept returns on prints damaged in shipment for replacement only! . Please contact me immediately if you receive a damaged item, so that we can get it replaced as soon as possible.

Colors vary slightly on different monitors, please consider before ordering.
All photographs can be ordered in custom sizes, however, some may not look as shown due to cropping for the selected size. I will contact you if that occurs, and send you a preview.

I am excited to share what I love with you, and I want you to be extremely happy with your order!

Hello! I'm Amy! I've been taking photos since I was a young teen, growing up in Oklahoma. I love history, architecture, & exploring, so with a camera in hand, I combined those loves. I explore abandoned buildings, & document the things left behind.
