Stain Information and Disclaimer

Please note that we try our best to capture true stain colors in each of our photos. All wood is unique and different - lighter/darker markings - rougher and smoother grains - Because of this, each product is unique and may stain differently.

Wood also naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain and natural imperfections in your wood. These are hand and custom made, so they may vary from sign to sign and may be plus or minus one inch to ensure the best quality.

Damaged Items

We put a lot of effort and care into wrapping and packaging our products. In the rare case that your order is damaged in transit, we cannot take responsibility. We encourage our customers to file a claim online for the value of the item. In the meantime, customers may submit a new order to replace the damaged product. We will do our best to expedite the lead time in these cases.

International Shipping- Tracking

We will always ship with a tracking number, however, the tracking number does not always transfer to the country that we ship to and tracking scans will stop upon entry to the destination country. We cannot be liable for packages with incomplete tracking history.
