- Paypal payment is due at time of checkout, if item is not paid for and no communication regarding payment of item(s) is made within 24 hours. Transaction will be canceled, and item(s) will be relisted.
- Only after item payment is received in full and cleared will item be shipped.

- If you want priority shipping, express, insurance, or confirmation, please contact me BEFORE you make your payment. I will adjust your order, and re-invoice to reflect the changes.
-I am not responsible for lost packages. Please contact me to get insurance or a tracking number.
- Items are shipped usually within 48 hours of CLEARED payment, often same day or next. I try to ship daily Monday - Friday. In some instances an item might need a little more attention before I ship. In those cases I will CONVO the buyer to let them know the date the item will be ready to ship.
- If your PayPal and Etsy addresses differ please CONVO me with which one you'd like the package sent to. Ensuring quick and accurate shipping.
-Any transaction over $100.00 will ship with signature conformation.

Refunds and Exchanges
-All sales are final so please choose carefully.
-Replacements will be given if there is an issue with the workmanship of the product. To facilitate this you will be required to send the item back to me where I will fix it for you. Item should be shipped in it's original packaging by a carrier of your choosing with delivery confirmation to ensure tracking, and receipt of item. Please let me know when item is sent, by which carrier, and CONVO me the tracking number so I will know when to expect the item. If it cannot be fixed, I will supply you with a replacement, if a replacement cannot be given to you, I will refund your purchase price (not including any shipping fees).
-If your item has been damaged in transit, please take photographs and e-mail them to me as this will need to be taken up with the chosen carrier.
No! I will not refund money if you break a piece of pottery or soil a photograph.
