We ship via US Postal Service. If you need quicker shipping, insurance, or a signature confirmation, please send us a message before purchase so we can accommodate your needs.

We ship using both recycled and new packing materials, always clean.

We will ship internationally; however buyer is responsible for all extra fees/duty/shipping costs, and should expect a longer transit time.

After placing your order, please message us with the following information of the person to be charted:
+Name or initials to be used on chart
+Complete birth date (Month, day, year)
+Birth time (if known; otherwise a default time of 12 noon will be used)
+Birth place (if known)
+Any desired color scheme
