I accept Paypal and direct checkout.

I do not generally place any items on reserve unless there is a special circumstance, immediate payment is required.

If you're interested in purchasing an item, but find the price prohibitive, feel free to make us a reasonable offer and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping
We ship in 1 day to 1 week after your purchase. WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

The tracking number will be available after shipping your order (only over $50), for upgrade shipping services, please notify me and I will comply. All orders over $50 need a signature.

Recycled boxes will be used when possible, I'm doing my part to save the earth! However, I will need a lot of materials like bubblewrap foil etc. to make sure your order will be protected to the max! No orders ever arrived broken! :)

Multiple Item Order: Shipping amount charged may not be 100% correct especially when ordering multiple items on one order. The shipping total can be more in reality, I will never charge you afterwards. Sometimes I will ship items in multiple boxes (depends on the size of the items and how more fragile items need to be shipped). The opposite can happen, the total shipping is a little less than paid for, I can not refund shipping overages if any. Before ordering you can always contact me, I reply the same day, and shipping costs can always be altered.
Refunds and Exchanges
IMPORTANT: We have a 14-day return policy, cost of original shipping is not refundable, and customer is responsible for return shippingncost. After the order is received and inspected by me a refund for the cost of the listing will be issued through PayPal or direct checkout via Etsy, the same way as paid.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the original shipping and returning of the item, except in the case of shipping damage.

When the item has been returned in its ORIGINAL condition, I will refund the original price of the item to you.

I take pride in carefully packing each item to avoid damage, if you do receive a damaged item, please contact me with me picture of the damaged item. Then return the item for a full refund, which will include your original shipping charge.

Additional policies and FAQs
IMPORTANT: All items listed in my shop are vintage, antique and very old. I only list vintage & antiques in good condition. Damaging by shipping: see my refund policy. All items are vintage and will show normal wear and tear due to age. I will point out any flaws, but please take a careful look at photos to make sure you like what you see.

FAQ

Can I get a discount?
This is our most FAQ! Sorry, our prices are fixed unless you are a past customer, or considering a multiple item order. Items that have been in store for a while will have already been reduced in price every four months when listings have been renewed.

How quickly can I get this?
Items are usually dispatched within one to five working days. They typically arrive with customers 5-10 working days (1-2 weeks) after dispatch via our standard tracked and recorded delivery service. We cannot guarantee shipping times as we rely on assorted third parties for transit and cross border services. Please see our shipping policies for more detailed information on shipping.

What size is this?
Please check listing descriptions for sizes or alternatively photos for rulers. If you require further measurements send us a message and we will get back to you promptly.

Do you ship to ... ? How much is postage to ... ?
We ship worldwide via tracked and insured postage services. All international postage prices are found in individual listings by clicking on the shipping tab. Please note we give significant postage discounts on multiple item orders. These discounts are automatically applied at checkout. See more information in our Additional policies section.

Where are you based?
We are based in the The Netherlands, Valkenswaard (border Belgium).

Can you gift wrap this for me?
Yes of course! We can also include a card. Let us know the message you would like to include and we will send you a picture of the wrapped item and card before we send it off.

Do you have any more / similiar items than those listed?
There is a chance that we may have different items and quantities than those that are listed immediately available from stock. If you would like us to keep an eye out for something just let us know what you are after and your budget and we will let you know promptly if we can help.

Can I reserve an item?
If you would like to reserve an item we can reserve it for max. 3 weeks.

What if I change my mind? Or just don't like my item?
We operate a love it, or return it, no quibble, full refund policy. We appreciate that things sometimes do not fit in or suit quite as expected, and as a result we are happy to provide refunds due to the very nature of online shopping. Buyers will be responsible for all return transit costs. (See refund policy). To qualify simply let us know you wish to return an item within two weeks of receipt.

Can I just borrow this item for a while?
We cannot do this at this time.
