Bethany Flanders is a recent graduate of The University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Bioethics program with a background in philosophy and medical & health humanities. She studies the moral questions and issues that arise in medicine and healthcare. However, writing poetry has been an incredibly meaningful way for her to draw inspiration from life experiences, academia, and her love for music in order to convey the universal philosophical elements of human existence.
