The Embroidered House offers a variety of embroidery and needlepoint supplies, including:

Custom and personalized orders

Some listings are for physical products, while others are digital downloads.

Finished stitched examples, embroidery hoops, fabric, floss, needles, scissors, and other props shown in listing photos are for inspiration and are not included unless specifically stated.

How are orders shipped?

Physical orders are carefully packaged and shipped from my studio.

Stick & Stitch embroidery transfers ship via USPS Letter Mail to keep shipping affordable.

Kits and canvases ship as USPS packages with tracking.

Processing times and estimated delivery dates can be found on each listing.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is my package lost?

Stick & Stitch transfers are mailed as USPS Letter Mail. Letter Mail uses limited tracking, so updates may not appear at every step—and sometimes may not be available.

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, please send me a message. I'm always happy to help.

Kits and canvases include standard USPS package tracking.

How do Stick & Stitch transfers work?

Peel the transfer from the backing.
Stick it onto your fabric.
Stitch over the printed design.
Soak your finished project in warm water.
The transfer dissolves completely, leaving only your stitching.

Can I reuse the designs?

No.

The transfers are designed for one-time use and dissolve once soaked in water.

Are your products beginner friendly?

Absolutely!

Many of my designs are perfect for beginners while still being enjoyable for experienced stitchers. Individual listings will note the recommended skill level whenever applicable.

I purchased a digital pattern. Where do I download it?

Digital files are available immediately after purchase through your Etsy account.

Because they are instant downloads, no physical item will be shipped.
