IF YOU REQUEST A PROOF, please be sure that your EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECTLY LISTED on your ETSY profile. If I have questions or need a proof, it will be sent via the ETSY MESSAGING PLATFORM. Please keep in mind that if you request a proof, I will be awaiting your approval to embroider & ship your item. Delays in responding, unfortunately, may delay processing & shipping. Frequently asked questions
Returns / Exchanges
Due to the nature of the custom made items, there are no refunds or exchanges on our personalized and custom made items. Please be sure to provide the correct spelling and information for all personalized items. Refunds are not given for mistakes made during checkout process. Be sure to double check spelling, as auto-spell-check sometimes thinks differently than what you have in mind!
If we have made an error, we will gladly make it correct & replace the item, or issue a refund if we are unable to replace the item.
Monogramming Etiquette
GIRLS’ & LADIES' (and BABY BOY) monograms are usually sewn in First, LAST, Middle order. Example: Mary Jane Smith = mSj (all upper case, with larger center letter). Many moms choose this format for baby boys as well!
BOYS' & MEN'S monograms are typically sewn in First, Middle, Last order (all uppercase and same size). Example: Michael John Smith = MJS (all same size). NOTE: many moms choose First LAST Middle order for baby boy items!
STACKED monograms are very popular for boys. The first & middle name letters are stacked on the left side, with the larger last name letter on the right.
Production Time
Please allow 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS for me to make your personalized item. Your order is special and custom made just for you! This also allows time for me to order fabrics and materials, if needed.
If you need the item sooner, please contact me before ordering. PLEASE CHECK THE SHOP ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR ANY CHANGES IN THE CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME.
Shipping Carriers & Shipping Charges
Items are shipped from Manchester, TN via USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail, depending on weight & package size. Heavier items such as multiple blankets may be shipped via UPS. We only ship within the US.
Shipping charges are calculated by Etsy, and are usually correct.
However, when multiple listings are added to the cart, you may be overcharged. REFUNDS of shipping overages of more than $1 will be issued after I create the shipping label.
TRANSIT TIME will depend on the shipping service chosen. USPS First class is more economical, but will take longer to arrive.
Local Pickup
If you are in the Manchester, TN area and would like to pick up your order, please enter the code PICKUP at checkout. I will message you with pickup details when your order is ready to be picked up.
Fabric Choice / Availability
If an appliqué fabric is no longer available for a certain listing, I will substitute it with a similar color, pattern and theme.
If you would like to use another fabric pattern or color scheme, please contact me before placing the order. I have a lot of fabrics to choose from and can provide photos of ideas once you tell me what you have in mind.

What should I expect when I request a proof?
IF REQUESTING A PROOF, PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ETSY CONVERSATIONS and/or EMAIL OFTEN. A PROMPT REPLY IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE NO DELAYS IN SHIPMENT OF YOUR ITEM. Proofs are usually sent within 2-3 business days.
IF A REPLY OR AN APPROVAL IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 3-4 business DAYS of the SCHEDULED SHIPPING DATE, I may use my BEST JUDGEMENT to complete the order, POSTPONE SHIPPING, or CANCEL the ORDER.

How do I request a PROOF?
If a pull down menu option for a proofs is not available, simply add your request in the "Personalization" box or during checkout in the "Note To Seller" box. Proofs are usually sent within 2-3 business days. BE SURE YOUR EMAIL IS NOT GOING TO JUNK MAIL. If in doubt, sign into your ETSY account and check the message section.
