I ordered this item December 28th for a school event on February 4th. The estimated ship date was January 9th. January 14th I emailed the seller who said it would ship on the 16th. I did not receive my order the following week so I reached out to the seller again. 10 days later I received a message saying the sellers best friend experienced a loss and that my items would be at the post office by close of business that day, January 26th. My items didn't arrive until Feb. 9th. The items that arrived are short sleeve. I ordered long sleeve. I ordered a 3T and a 5T but received a 4T and a 5T. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I was given two false shipping dates and when confronted the owner quit responding to my messages. It took almost two months to receive items that were ultimately incorrect.

This owner was very helpful - and accommodating. I had to change my order and she helped me out right away and got me the pillowcases well in time for my daughter's party. They were beautiful.

The item itself looks very good! Love the bright colors and the overall product but the shipping was a lot longer then I expected and communication could have been better. Next time I think I will shop around better before ordering another product to make sure it is received on time as needed for an occasion. But, once again I am happy with how the product looks.
