CAN I SEND MULTIPLE PHOTOS FOR AN ORDER?
We will use one photo as a reference when illustrating your pet. If you are ordering a multiple pet listing, you can send a separate photo for each pet for us to illustrate from. We want you to love each photo and we know it is hard to sometimes capture both pets at the same time!
WHAT TYPE OF IMAGE SHOULD I BE LOOKING FOR?
When looking for a photo of your pet, make sure the entire body is visible and that you love the pose, facial expression, hair-do, etc. The illustration will mimic the image very closely and we want to make sure you love the photo you choose! The best images are bright and clear. The more detail we can see in the photo, the more detailed your illustration will be.
WHAT IS YOUR MULTI ORDER DISCOUNT?
We would be happy to extend our multiple item discount to you! For every item that you order in our Event Decor product line using the same artwork, you will receive a $50 discount. Please message us with your multi-item request and we will set up a custom listing for you!
I HAVE EXISTING ARTWORK, CAN YOU PRINT IT?
I am unable to print supplied artwork of your pet not created by The Emerald Hound. If you wish to have your pet redrawn in my style, we would love to work with you! If you have a monogram or additional branding for your event to supplement your pet illustration, we are happy to help include that with the proper approval from the creator of the artwork.
CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE PURCHASING?
Your order must be paid in full prior to receiving a proof of your artwork. Once your order is purchased, we will have your artwork to you within 5-7 business days!
CAN YOU REDRAW MY ARTWORK USING A NEW PHOTO? I’VE CHANGED MY MIND.
A redraw using a separate photo is an additional $50. Please allow 5-7 business days for a new proof with new artwork.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIMELINE?
Approval proofs will arrive 5-7 business days from the day we receive your pet’s photo. Napkins are made to order and production time is approximately two-three weeks from the approval date. Please make sure you have given yourself enough time for your napkins to arrive for your wedding or event! Rush orders are available upon request.
WHAT IF I NEED REVISIONS MADE TO MY ARTWORK?
Your first revision request is included in your order. Each additional revision after the first is an additional $35 each. Please allow 3-5 business days for updated approval proofs.
