I handcraft each item petal by petal, using high-quality acid free paper, and incredible attention to detail.
Everything is created in a smoke free, pet free home.
Each item is a unique and one of a kind creation.
There are endless of colors and patterns of paper to choose from, and I can create any custom arrangement you can imagine.
I am able to create bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, hair clips, pew decor, cake toppers, centerpieces and more!
Anything you can dream of in any colour, can be created.
Unlike real flowers, the possibilities are endless, affordable, and everlasting!
I accept payment by Paypal, and if you are in Canada I accept E-Transfers.
I require a 50% deposit to begin production on your order, and the remaining balance (PLUS SHIPPING) will be due before the order is shipped.
Pictures are sent of the items for approval before shipping.
I ship via Canada Post. If you require a tracking number, it is an extra $15 charge, as I am also charged for this. If you are in the US, please allow 6 weeks once shipping confirmation is sent before opening a case on an item not received. Please contact me about a replacement ship before opening a case.
Expedited shipping is an extra cost, and this is based on the size of the order and your location. If you are ordering 2 months or less before your wedding, you will be automatically have to pay an expedited shipping fee. This is the only way to ensure you will receive your order in time for your day. You will also be charged a $25 RUSH fee, as your order will have to be put before other orders that have been placed, in order to be completed in time.
If you need a rush order (2 months or less in advance) please contact me before making a purchase in my shop. We need to figure out if it is possible for me to complete your order and have it to you in time.
International and American customers are responsible for any extra costs at customs, etc.

Refunds and Exchanges
I send pictures throughout the entire process of creation, and I do not ship until all items are approved by buyer via photograph. If there is damage to an item when it arrives, please contact me to discuss replacement options. It will be shipping damage, and the fault is on the postal service that shipped the item. I will do my best to replace the damaged item(s) in enough time for your deadline.
I do not offer refunds on any item that has been approved via photograph, as this is confirmation that you are happy with your product.
If you place an order and then decide to change your mind, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. I use high quality materials that are not cheap, and your creation takes me many hours to create. Your 50% deposit is for my materials and time. You do not get this back if you decide you are going to go with real flowers (or other reasons) before your balance is due.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders with more than 3 items can take up to 4 months to be completed, as I work on many orders at one time. I strive to have all orders completed in much less time, and this is just a max time if I have many orders and yours is the furthest date. If you are ordering a year in advance, chances are your order will take longer so that I can put sooner weddings as a priority.
