The healing rhythms of nature were a vital part of my childhood while exploring a sacred sanctuary of meadows, forests and streams. After a 35 year career that began in clinical nursing, I returned to nature and the healing laws of nature studying traditional naturopathy and energy healing, and authoring two award-winning body-mind-spirit books.
