Beautiful ornament, very well made! The best part was that the maker kindly endeavored to call the local post office when the delivery was delayed by a snowstorm. The delay was not at all the seller's fault and it was extremely kind to look after the purchase. I was happy to receive the delivery.

This was an ideal Etsy experience. I ended up with something much nicer than I had in mind, and at a very reasonable price. Communication was timely, easy, and friendly. The work is very well done--straight seams, no loose threads, thoughtful use of the fabric so the argyle diamonds line up at the bottom and at the seam. I supported an independent craftsperson and the material is upcycled, so it's eco-friendly. Plus, my coffee stayed very hot for a long time this morning!

When I saw this item I knew I had to have it. Not only is it beautiful, it’s well crafted and sturdy. The felted wool is thick and strong. The design is pretty and will bring a little whimsy into my day. The thing is put together SO well. The only difficulty I had with it (and really, in the end, it was only a small problem), was that no matter how hard I tried, it just wouldn’t fit. Then my wife pointed out that I’d bought a tea cozy, not a hat. Now, as a tea cozy this thing gets five stars. I can see how it would keep a tea pot warm—the very reason I wish it was large enough to cover my head.

Beautifully made and fits my Spode Blue Italian tea pot perfectly. Seller's workmanship is exceptional. Very pleased!
