Payment is due within 5 days of purchase.
I try to ship everyday Monday through Friday (I have 2 kiddos so sometimes life can get in the way). If you are in a super rush and really need an order shipped on Saturday just let me know and I will most likely be able to. Smaller orders ship via First Class mail. Larger orders ship via Priority flat rate envelopes and boxes. Prices are quoted in the shop announcement. If you prefer another method of shipment I will do my best to accomodate your needs. International First Class Parcels are shipped once or twice a week since I need to bring these in to the Post Office (again the small kiddos make a daily trip tough but please let me know if you are in a rush and I will certainly do my best to get it to you asap). When purchasing multiple items from multiple listings the shipping charges may be too high. I will refund significant overcharges in shipping to keep costs low to you, please just let me know if you think this applies to you, it's hard to check every sale.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on cut fabric. Please note that colors may appear slightly different on your monitor but I assure you that all of our fabric is as the designer intended.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All of my fabric is cut fresh from the bolt. I will gladly cut to any size you need, just send me a convo and I will set up a listing for you. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me, I am very convo friendly and will usually be able to get back to you within a few hours.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or transaction please let me know before you leave negative or neutral feedback (I pride myself on excellent customer service). I would like to do all that I can to make it right. Thank you for visiting the Fabric Farm, Y'all come back now!
