5 out of 5 starsVery responsive sellers and very sweet people! Please make sure you plan ahead 2-3 weeks to allow for orders to be processed. They make the ears as they’re ordered so you have to let them know if you need a rush order and they may charge a fee for rush (especially since shipping will be more expensive) if you need it sooner but they are happy to accommodate your request.

Care instructions
Can I wear my ears in the rain?
We don’t use any fabric that would be damaged in the rain, so you should be fine if they get a little damp. We would avoid dunking your ears in a bucket of water if at all possible, but they should survive some light rain or a trip down Splash Mountain! We do recommend putting them in a safe, dry place when it starts raining just to help ensure they stay clean.
How do I clean my ears?
If your ears get dirty, start by spot cleaning with a rag and some water. If this doesn’t do the trick, we recommend using a shout wipe. They are gentle and inexpensive! Do not put your ears in the washing machine or submerge them in water however, as we use cardboard to help get that perfectly round ear shape.
Care instructions
How should I pack my ears for travel?
When we travel with our ears, we make sure ours are lying flat and pack them between layers of clothing.
How should I store my ears when I am not using them?
The best way to store them is in a cool, dark place, and make sure they are lying or hanging flat. Prolonged exposure to light may cause them to fade.
