PLEASE SEE BELOW REGARDING DELIVERY AS OF COVID ONSET.
The USPS has been extremely affected by covid and continues to suffer slower delivery times, sketchy tracking updates and impossible to predict problems. If you have purchased a box with free shipping, please note;
While I ship all items first class, free of charge to my customers, this has turned out, during Covid, not to be enough time for many of my customers, and it is impossible to predict delivery times.
The upshot is that if your item is time sensitive, please allow plenty of time for me to make it and ship it out . At least 5 days above the normal delivery time from Central PA. Please know that you can always reach out to me to let me know you need some shipping advice and the dates your ring box is needed and I will happily work with you to give you the best chance of receiving your item on time.
You also have the option of shipping at a faster rate, such as priority, priority Express, or circumventing the USPS altogether and choosing Fed Ex for delivery. They are more expensive, but they get your item to your home when they say they will.
Please ask me how you can upgrade shipping to a speedier and more reliable service. I can give you accurate price quotes and I can also use a label you wish to send me if you have your own account somewhere. Again, just ask.
According to the post office, they are working about 4 days behind their usual speed. I have found this to be true, at least that far behind the predicted times. If you can’t wait that long, allow me to help you. It’s part of my job and I am happy to do it.

Shipping: Item was not shipped by estimated arrival date so I reached out wondering where my product was, seller had a reason for not being able send it and then paid for expedited shipping but the product still did not arrive in time. Ultimately the shipping carrier messed up as it was still supposed to arrive in time before I left for my wedding, but I would have liked my order by the date it was expected. Wouldn't discourage the product in anyway but honest reviews of experiences are necessary

When it first arrived there was a bit of a misunderstanding about the exact color. She was willing to take the order back and readjust it! Again without additional charge. The ring box arrived today and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Would absolutely recommend.

Custom and personalized orders
No returns on custom or personalized orders. This includes all ring box orders. Please message me with any problem. I will happily work hard to make it right for you.
Products shipped to the EU
Any non-exempt item may be returned within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt, by EU residents only, by first contacting me and explaining your reason for return. No returns based on refusal to pay your import fees. An item that has sat in Customs due to your refusal to pay import fees will result in substantial penalty fees due to loss of re-sale time of your item, said fee to be determined by me, the Shop Owner. Please ask all questions prior to committing to purchase any item that must be shipped overseas, to avoid costly returns. shipping fees are never reimbursed.
Returns inside U.S.
All returns of non -exempt items must notify me within 24 hours of receipt, & returned within 3 days. See above for exempt items. Please do not ask me to take back a ring box based upon a the color you chose, or a monogram you chose. I will work closely with you to insure color matching if the proper listing is purchased. Those boxes purchased directly from a listing will not be refunded based upon color matching. All monitors and people display and see color differently. If color matching is very important to you, please purchase swatches or the Custom Color listing for your ring box. This will insure happiness with your color.

Sizing details
Most rings can be resized by your local jeweler up or down several ring sizes. Please ask if you see a ring you love but is not in your size.
Can I return a ring I purchased?
You can, but not due to size unless the ring is not re-sizable, due to its design ( full eternity ring, etc).
There is a 20% restocking fee for any return. This covers the liability of shipping one-off rings through the mails and to get the ring to you safely. You are also responsible for the return cost of the ring and the original shipping cost. The ring must be returned in the same condition as it was upon receipt and must be returned via Fed Ex 3-Day or faster.
This policy also applies to other pieces of jewelry that are not rings, with exception of the sizing policy.
The cost of returning a piece of jewelry also includes my shipping cost to you, through Fed Ex. Free shipping does not apply to returns.
